1. Technology provider, not a financial institution
Gutschow LLC develops and operates enterprise software for clearing orchestration, settlement workflow automation, compliance gating, and treasury reconciliation. We are not a bank, credit union, licensed money transmitter, payment institution, e-money issuer, broker-dealer, exchange, alternative trading system, investment adviser, or digital-asset custodian.
Any depiction of balances, wallets, or settlement states describes software state machines and partner integrations, not a Gutschow-held deposit account.
2. Partner rails and regulated activities
Where settlements involve USDC, EURC, or other supported assets, movement occurs through third-party licensed partners (including regulated stablecoin issuers where applicable) under their licenses, risk policies, and customer agreements. Fiat USD/EUR/GBP legs are partner-dependent and are not marketed as a live Gutschow banking product until those rails are commercially live.
Customers remain responsible for selecting appropriate partners, completing KYB/KYC as required, and complying with Travel Rule, sanctions, and AML/CFT obligations applicable to their activities.
3. No offer of securities or financial promotion
Nothing on gutschow.xyz, api.gutschow.xyz, the API sandbox, or related materials constitutes an offer to sell, solicitation to buy, or recommendation of any security, commodity, derivative, or investment product. Content is informational and intended for institutional technologists and treasury operators evaluating software infrastructure.
4. Risk disclosure
Settlement and digital-asset infrastructure involve material risks, including:

5. Sandbox and demonstration environments
Sandbox credentials, open simulation, and demonstration payloads are for integration testing only. They do not imply funded accounts, guaranteed execution, production entitlement, or live settlement capacity. Do not submit real personal data of individuals who have not authorized processing.
6. No legal, tax, or accounting advice
Documentation, marketing copy, and UI text are not legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals regarding licensing, Travel Rule applicability, tax treatment of digital assets, and cross-border payment rules.
7. Forward-looking statements
Statements about roadmap features, partner coverage, corridors, or availability are forward-looking and subject to change without notice. Commercial production access requires completed onboarding and executed agreements.
8. Geographic and sanctions restrictions
The Services may not be used by or for the benefit of persons or entities in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions or on applicable denied-party lists. Gutschow may suspend access to comply with law or partner requirements.
