About Us
Gutschow LLC builds clearing software for B2B (business-to-business) settlement on USDC and EURC. The service supports counterparties in the same country and across borders. Customers integrate a REST API to reserve funds, pay a platform fee at ingress, advance settlement through defined states, and retain audit records suitable for finance and compliance review. Gutschow is not a domestic USD ACH or wire product.
Our Mission
Gutschow provides programmatic clearing infrastructure for companies that embed payouts, disbursements, or invoice settlement in their products. The company focuses on recorded settlement states, fee calculation at ingress, and audit trails that support reconciliation and oversight. Settlement movement relies on licensed partner infrastructure; Gutschow does not operate as a bank and does not take deposits.
What We Provide
Gutschow is a financial technology company. It routes USDC and EURC settlement for integrators that need a clearing layer with defined controls at ingress.
- REST API for programmatic B2B settlement
- Platform fee of 0.5% assessed at ingress; gross amount, fee, and net payout recorded for reconciliation
- Financial event ledger, settlement status history, and operator action records
- Sandbox access after work-email verification; production access after business (know-your-business) review of the API customer
Screening and velocity checks run before release. Travel Rule information is collected when the amount requires it. When the partner rail reports receipt, that is recorded separately from the clearing record that marks the settlement complete in Gutschow's books. Further detail appears on Compliance and Platform.
Who We Serve
Gutschow serves engineering teams at software companies that embed supplier payouts, business disbursements, or invoice settlement for their business customers. Typical integrators are financial technology and business software firms that require auditability and policy controls without building custodial banking infrastructure themselves.

How We Operate
- Reserved-fund handling and audit records are part of the product design, not future promises.
- Sandbox and production use separate credentials and separate compliance requirements. Production API access requires business (know-your-business) review of the customer organization.
- Sanctions screening and velocity limits apply before release; a partner screening timeout stops the settlement.
- The platform fee is 0.5% at ingress; fee and net amounts are recorded for reconciliation.
- The service is offered to business integrators only, not to retail consumers, and Gutschow does not operate a public exchange or consumer wallet.
- Contracts and governance follow United States law.
Governance
Gutschow LLC provides B2B clearing software for settlement on USDC and EURC. Gutschow is not a bank, broker-dealer, money transmitter, or custodian. Gutschow does not take deposits and does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. This is not a domestic USD ACH or wire product.
Settlement assets move on licensed partner infrastructure, under partner terms.
