Where settlements involve USD, EUR, GBP, USDC, EURC, or other assets, movement occurs through third-party licensed partners (for example banking or stablecoin issuers) under their licenses, risk policies, and customer agreements. Customer remains responsible for selecting appropriate partners, completing KYB/KYC with those partners, and complying with Travel Rule, sanctions, and AML/CFT obligations applicable to Customer’s activities.
